Pricing

• Pricing does not include shipping.
• We apologize for any discrepancies caused by typographical, clerical or printing errors and reserve the right to correct them. We are not obligated to sell items at mis-marked prices. We apologize and make every effort to avoid these errors.
• As a service to deliver your order quickly, Scrapbook Warehouse as fit, may drop ship items on your order from alternate warehouses. These shipments may have individual charges that will appear separate on your charge card bill, the sum of which equals your total invoice.

Product Availability

• We are not obligated to carry any item that has been discontinued by a manufacturer. All items are subject to availability. As the manufacturers' product lines change, our product line changes also.

Returns

• Gift Certificates are non-refundable and non-returnable.
• For Returns purchased through mail-order: they must be returned through mail order.
• A return form is included on the back of your invoice. Be sure to include a copy of your invoice or packing slip, if available, and write the reason for each returned item. Freight must be paid by the customer. On each item returned for refund instead of exchange there will be a $10.00 restocking charge. There is no restocking charge on an exchange; only a reshipment fee of $5.00 applies. Items returned for exchange or refund must be returned within 14 days from receipt date in original and unused condition (unless defective). Excessive delay in returning an item may result in a 20% restocking fee.
• All items must be unused and in factory packaging.
• United Parcel Service is generally the least expensive shipping method. DO NOT SEND ITEMS BACK TO SCRAPBOOK WAREHOUSE C.O.D. Our warehouse will not accept any C.O.D. shipments.
• These terms represent the policy of Scrapbook Warehouse and are current as of November 5, 2005.
• INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: The following statement must be written on your invoice enclosed in the return package and on the Custom's Declaration on the outside of the package: U.S. GOODS BEING RETURNED FOR REPAIR OR EXCHANGE.

Damaged Packages

• In the even that an item arrives damaged during transit, call Scrapbook Warehouse immediately at (931) 528-9050. Keep all packaging materials and the original shipping carton. Scrapbook Warehouse will advise you of the procedure needed to be followed. DO NOT return item until instructed to do so.
